I am installing a Pioneer radio in my 2000 chevy suburban that has a factory amp in it. How do I hook up the factory amp to the Pioneer radio?

sorry, but it really isnt worth hooking an aftermarket radio to a factory amp. In most cases, the radio would actually put more out than the amp would. I think your best bet would to completely bypass the amp. Personally, i would also run new speaker wires also.

if you want, the audio signal is also what is transfered through rca cables, so you could put rca terminal heads on the audio signal wires and just connect them to the radio if you reallly want to
