Hey everyone, I'm newly registered, but have been reading information off of the website for a few weeks now.  I am going to be installing a new alarm/remote starter into my car very soon, but wouldn't have had any clue what to do if I hadn't read the information listed on this site.  I don't know who slapped this site together, but they did a DAMN good job.

I'm going to be getting a Marksman M7A alarm/starter system (made by Magnadyne).  I have had good luck with their products so far, and hope to continue that trend.  Anyways, I'll try to be more active, and hopefully I'll be able to help others with alarm installation in the future.  More than likely, you'll be hearing from me with confusions when the job begins.  I hope to talk to you soon.

I know that those units are better, but do you think that for the price, the unit I'm looking into is sufficient?  I saw the price at Zalmar and flipped.  Should I expect any HUGE problems with the unti I originally intended on buying?

Thank you so much, I'll probably just go with the Commando.  Its the EXACT same thing?  Is it the same maker and everything?
