How do you know it's the computer?  Have you done a Voltage check or checked the throttle hook-up?  Are your Brake Lites working?

Look at the Throttle cable 1st, coming from Cruise Servo.  Should have less than 1/4 inch slack.  If that looks o.k. , then check your Power at Servo and all fuses

On the engine is your throttle cable coming from the gas pedal. Find this cable. A cruise control servo also has a cable that is usually tied onto this cable in some way shape or form near or at the point where it attaches to the engine. The servo is what pushed or pulls this second cable according to the speed settings. It may look like a way smaller version of a orange traffic cone, this one will be black in colour. Check all fuses, not just ones labelled cruise.
