The starter kill relay should have an orange wire coming off of it.  Connect that to the orange ground when armed wire coming off the brain.  The yellow wire coming off the starter kill relay should go to a true ignition.  Hope this helps.  Later

WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS MAKING SENSE TO ME

I HAD THE 2 ORANGE WIRES CONNECTED TOGETHER AND THE CAR WONT START WITH THE KEY IN THE IGN SO WHAT I DID WAS DOUBLE CHECK MY WIRES ON THE RELAY PACK HARNESS AND THEN IT WAS FINE SO I DISCONNECT THAT ORANGE WIRE THE SKINNY GUAGE AND IT STARTS FINE

NOW ONE THIS IS THAT THERE IS NO YELLOW WIRE COMMING OFF OF THE RELAY PACK ONLY YELLOW IS FROM THE RIBBON

Check again.  Every DEI starter kill relay I've ever seen has a green, black, orange, and yellow wire.
