we do need more info, like the type of alarm car and so on.  this is jut toooooo vague

Hi:

You may installed a Micro Alarms system (Internet, Barracuda, some else) i had that problem before.

Cause:

It is caused by the battery life, when the car's battery is old, and you press brakes, hazard ligths.... the system detect a current variance, and try to arm, but the ignition is on.

Resolve:

i have resolved that, connection a "capacitor", like the used in the none electronic start systems, connect it betwen ground and positive, with tath, you reach a constant currente level for the alarm.
