I'm not too sure what needs to be incorperated, but a real simple pa system. with a mic and a horn.

any ideas?

Go buy a cheap CB radio, one that has a PA function. Dont need a antenna unless you want to recive and talk to others.

Seen radios around $20 online.

Or go to a yard sale or a flea market or some sort. may pick

one up for a few bucks
