No there is no transponder in the key, and yes the tach did learn ok, so im lost for the moment why it wont start, let alone get the lights to blink like its running the start procedure.

Did you wire both ignition lines and if you did make sure the jumper on the brain is set to 2nd ignition. Meter the start output and ensure that it is giving +12v during the crank cycle. I take it this is a manual trans. vehicle as you said ready mode? Meaning you have programmed the remote and shut the vehicle off using the key?

Yeah i did wire the 2 ignition wires, but i dont know which is the primary and the secondary, does it matter? Yes its manual, and the jumper is set right. the i can get the car in ready mode and then turn off the car while it runs and shut down the engine by the remote. I hope I wasnt confusing

Meter the start line from the brain, is it putting out +12v when you go to remote start the vehicle? It should not matter about the two ignition lines as long as both see +12v. Does the unit give you any number of light flashes when it tries to start?

Ok, i have more problems. No the doors lock every time i hit the brakes when the positive door output is wired and it doesnt when the negative door output is wired, i dont know where to test the light, if i test it at the light ita 12V open and 0V off, but it i test it late on the wires, it test 0V open and closed, so theres one problem. Now the 2nd problem is that the remote start wont work, it goes into idle mode and will turn off with the remote, but it wont start or even go into the start-up mode. its a Pro Start Remote Starter CT-3360 (at least thats what it has on the sticker) So any ideas?

1st problem is that it's a ProStart ,  second problem is that we need to know the make, model and year of the vehicle that your working with. Third, when you reference " + door output " and " - door output " what are you talking about ? Not to sound rude or anything, but most systems have a (-) door lock/unlock output containing two wires ( one for each function ) and also a separate (-) door trigger input and (+) door trigger input.

From the sounds of things, you need to find what type of system you have in your vehicle and then choose the proper wire off the ProStart unit.

Sorry i forgot to give the make, its a 99 Toyota Corolla, and the + and - wires are for the door triggers, you only use one of the 2 depends on which set up ur car uses, and the rest of the wires are all connected properly.
