Hope you all have a good thanksgiving. Here i got a question how to connect the car alarm lock/unlock wires to my Hyundai Elantra 2002. This car has one wire, which is blue, for its door lock/unlock module. I tested it with digital multimeter, and here's the outcome: when i open (unlock) the door knob, it shown 12v and when i closed (lock) the door knob, it shown ground.

Thanks

Ken

If you dont have a factory keyless entry you have to add a power lock only to the driver door!

This car has a factory keyless entry. I thought yellow wire is for door trigger (trigger when any door is opened), but i'm not sure about the yellow/orange wire. i will double check with these wires. Anyhow, thanks for your suggestion.
