I have heard people talking about fiberglass fillers i was woundering if you can use fiberglass dust as a filler in the resin to help thicken it up and make it easier to sand?

Thanks for any help you can give or if you know of anything else please tell me about it.

I've heard of people adding talc or sawdust to resin to conserve, but I'm not sure about fiberglass dust. It seems like it would work to me, maybe someone else knows?

Yes, the fiberglass dust would work, but how much of it do you have really just laying around?

You would have to use the dust you collected on a previous job for use on the next, though. You wouldn't have dust from a fiberglass box if you were still laying more 'glass down. Right?
