Basically i installed a d.i.y. on my gma's car, then she wanted a keyless w/remstart. The vibe has both neg and pos parking lights.  so i took out the diy and installed the 160xv, the problem i am having is the diy had a neg parking lights only, so when i took it out and installed the 160xv i forgot to change the polarity of the parking lights and i think i blew the relay inside of the 160xv, so i wired up a new relay. And this is the problem i continue to have. The car will remote start the lights will go on, auto, the parking lights dont go on unless you switch the lights to on manually, then if you shut off the lights and turn off the car the parking lights stay on. I understand that hooking up positive parking lights to a negative is bad, but is there anyone who would know a way to fix this, a factory relay to look for fuse anything? Help please

Thanks Alot in adavance

Whats really weird is that when you start the car the parking lights arent on if you go to turn them on and then shut them off they will stay on but the headlights will shut off. The only way to shut off the parking lights is to turn the car back on like the starter wire must be activated or something in order for it to shut off the parking lights
