I am going to install a Blaupunkt Casablanca CD52 into a 1999 Grand Am GT, and i was wondering how i can install this while still being able to use the factory steering wheel volume and seek buttons.  i have installed HUs before but none of the have had the steering wheel controls.  Please tell me what i will need as well as where i can get it and how much it will cost.  Or whatever info you have will help  Thanks

does that version of the Casablanca come with a remote control? ( i know the new Casablanca MP54 does )  if so, you need a steering wheel interface which converts the remote functions to the steering wheel controls.... if it doesn't then there is nothing you can do....

if you can program a universal remote to a television and you maintain enough knowlede to put your cd player in then you can put the steering wheel control module up too
