Need Constant power help!! - Last Post -- posted image. Ok, so here's my problem, I just bought a Kenwood Sirius ready cd player for my 94' Honda Accord. I did not get a wire harness so i just manually rigged my player together as i always have! The player works great but i can't get my memory to hold. Eveytime i get into the car my car clock is @ 1:00 and i have to reset Bass, Treble, etc... on my deck. I was told by the troubleshooting guide for my deck that my ignition and power wires were incorrectly installed but i can't seem to figure out how. I've just about tried every combination possible, please if anyone can help your input is greatly appreciated!

use a voltmeter to determine which wire is the +12v constant and which is the ignition.  It probably would've been best if you had gotten an adapter, since it saves alot of time and hassle.  You may also want to get a wiring diagram to determine which is which by the color.  On second thought, try that first (the diagram).

I forgot to mention that there's a link on this site that will tell you what each wire is for.  Click the vehicle-info link under general info and do a search for your car.
