Jeff,

thanks for advice.  What is DMM?  And what external connections are there?  Also, do i have to get into all of those ignition harness connections?

A DMM is a digital multimeter used for measuring the voltages of target wires. You will need to access some of the ignition wires for the CC unit but not all of them. I have listed all the ignition wires but use only the ones that the installation manual asks for.
