had a problem with this one
i went into the driver door for arm and disarm (blu/red and wht/blk) its suppose to do lock and unlock too, which it does except for when the car is remote started.
i thick it may have sumthing to do with the ignition harness, form all the tech documents i checked ur suppose to have 3 igntion wires, lt grn, grn, and pur/blk
i only found lt grn and pur/blk, tested all the other wires and nothing...
anyone have a fix besides going into the center console switch

hey patel, i believe you have to go to the center console for the locks. at the switch, there is one wire, it just needs a neg. pulse and it will do lock plus unlock, so all you really have to do is run your wires right up the center console, pop the switch out, and hook up both wires to the 1 wire thst shows a pulse. the locks in the door will not work once the car is started no matter what. hope that helps

dan
thats what i ended up doing ( the customer has to lock the doors with the buttons on the key in order to arm the system)
but the system i put in was a two way and it gets a bit confussing for them if they accidently press unlock or lock twice ( the dispaly will show the opposite)
i want be able to arm and disarm the factory system with the remotes i put, I know he can use the buttons on the key for that but id perfer my way
FYI u can disarm the factory alarm with ignition however sumtimes the factory siren chirps for a second or two ( which is annoying but it stops as soon as the car is started)
