I've got a 01 lexus lx470 where the installer used the door lock/unlock to bypass the factory alarm instead of using the key sense method. Could someone please explain to me how to use the key sense method so that I can describe that to the installer ?
Is the key sense wire the same as ACC wire ?
thnx.

right now, when the vehicle is remote started, the doors first unlock, the car starts and the doors lock afterwards. I'm trying to bypass this so that the car can be remote started without the doors being unlocked first and locked again.
that is why I'm trying the route of key sense..
