Frankly, it all depends on you.  What do you want out of it? Are you looking for sound? What kind of sound? How loud? Are you looking for power? HP or Torque?  Do you have size limitations? Money limitations? Are you speaking of quality? Longevity? Do you want to compare them using dual exhaust? or single?  I don't mean to ramble on throwing wrenches every where, but let us know what exactly you want out of your exhaust.  They both have their pluses and minuses.  Give us some more details as to what you want from them, then i'm sure someone can give you some tips from their experience.
