If it needs one (are you sure it does), it's just VATS-- so you really just need a couple relays and the approporiate resistor.
However, if you want to make your life easy, use something like the VATS kit from DEI (652T??) (@drdetailshop) or PLXR (@bypasskit).

check and see if the key has a black square on the shaft of the key, it should. the cheapest way to interface it is with a relay and resistor. you need a ohmmeter or digital multimeter. measure the resistance between both sides of the key in the black square. when you find the resistance you can get the resistor from radio shack.check this out for more info http://www.directechs.com/techtips/pdfs/resources/security/directed_techtips/1049.pdf

There isn't a module for this particular vehicle, there should be a black chip looking thing on your key, its actually a resistor. You can measure the correct resistance, using a multimeter
I pasted 2 links for you, first one shows you how to bypass the VATS system, the second link is the vehicles wiring diagram, hope this helps.

the key does not have a resistor in the key. so how do i know which method to try?

If it doesn't have a resistor, you don't need to bypass.
