Problem with Fosgate amp?

Hey there i have a rockford fosgate punch 150s amp, I hooked it all up and when i turn it on with the volume all the way down i can hear a loud hum i can also here it a little when the volume is up too, what do you think is cause this/

Make a better ground..don't use those factory bolts.

You mean for the ground for the head unit right

no the ground for the amp, make sure you are using the same guage wire as your power wire, make the ground as short as possible and to a bare metal surface, do not use any factory or seat bolts, use a self taping metal screw if you do not have anything else
