not quite sure i understand the question... you can buy a protocol adapter to allow you to use a specific brand/model of aftermarket changer in this vehicle... if that was the question....

Oooo, well, Its the fiber-optic connection for the CD-Changer, and I was wondering what I would need to install an aftermarket CD changed with the factory radio.

ahhh... well with all the pertinent info that makes a little more sense... i'm not aware that there is an adapter available at all for the fibre optic systems.... do what i did with my E55..pony up and buy the optional CD changer... or not....
