Thought I would try this question here, tried a search with no results
I and several others have a intermittent situation with the Mopar Sirius occasionally having a loud almost static noise when first turned on, usually stopping the vehicle and restarting clears the noise, sometimes it takes several restarts, the audio is present, but this noise is on top of it making listening impossibe, originally believed it was related to the RB1 Nav radio since that is what everyone had, but since then have found out that is happens on stock hu's with the cd player.
I know that sat radio is digital so you either get a signal or none, so static is probably not a good description, but it is annoying, and as usual DC dealers do not have a clue.
Any thoughts would be appreciated
Thanks
Bob

Im thinking that it would be a problem with the anttenae or connections to do with it.
