My head-unit's only got 1 pre-out. My question is can I split it into two so I can use one for my subwoofer amp and use the split to connect a 4-ch amp to drive my fronts and rears? I know, it's easier to just replace my HU with one that's got more than one pre-out but my pocket's not ready for that yet. Thank you and I'm hoping for affirmatve replies soon. lol!

Yes, but I think you should wait to do the split until you get to the amp. That'swhat I use to do, and it worled fine.

Thanks Jazz, my 4-ch amp's been collecting dust.  I thought I had to replace my head-unit...apparently not anymore.  Muy bien, amigo.
