Help with NVIC-N1

I am new to the site and need some help I am gonna buy the pioneer nvic-n1 and want the dvd player to work without being in park .It was touched on in a couple of the other threads but I need solid info .A...If i have it installed in circutcity or tweeters they do it leagal like, is it an easy  fix to make it work ,like do I just cut the green wire etc. Or B>I live in Bel air MD anyone want to make a few bucks insatlling the unit (pro only please)Any help on this will be great.

just cut the green wire and tap it into the ground wire.. not that hard

Thanks for the help ..I know i probably sound like a moron but do i just snip the green wire in th middle and then attach it to any ground, there seems to be a few in the digram or should a just attach it to were the ground is mounted to the chassis .
