yea, you can do that, get som backing for them, they make those little metal sleaves for screws, those might work, you can always fix stuf, i'd get the sleaves, and a little bit of glue, and glue the sleaves to the inside of the box, lined up with the old holes, (glue is just to hold them there untill you get the screws in, it's not for any kind of holding the subs, haha, but yea, try that, i think it'd work, i'd avoid going to bigger screws right away, atleast not to big, because if you just keep getting bigger holes eventually you wont beable to fix it... anyways, have a nice new years  Bad Boys Customs
