I'm going to be installing a Blaupunkt cd changer and the harness will be running parallel with my amp power wire. The amp wire is a 10 guage 30 amp. I know that your not supposed to run RCA cables near power wires.  I was just wondering if anyone with experience thinks this will be a problem.

Unfortuntely, there's no way to know for sure until you try it.  That's one of the annoying things about electrical noise--it is very hard to predict, and often hard to diagnose.

I would not be surprised if you did have some noise though.  The changer wiring carries the same audio signal as an rca cable would, but unlike good rca cables, its harness most likely does not have twisted pairs and is more susceptible to interference.
