When I turn my system off now, I get this whine up (like alternator whine) then this popping sound. This happens regardless of whether or not my truck is on or not. What is this? How do I fix this.

Do you have amps? Check the gains they may be too high. Or bass boost/ bass knob.

Neither of the gains are above 40% and the bass boost isn't on

My old old alpine deck used to do that,   I re ran my rca's and re ran all power and ground on the head unit to diffrent sources and that fixed my problem
