Hi,

What's the best transponder bypass for a 2003 dodge SX 2.0. I want to install a remote starter. The car has no power locks or options at all. I only have one key and was wondering if this will be a issue. Dealership wants 80 bucks for another key cut/programmed. Is there any bypass kits that dont need two keys to be programmed? What is your opinion on which is the best type of bypass?

Beins your in Canada.....you should look for an astrflex dealer. The product is ROCK SOLID. They make great modules that plug in and work flawlessly. The one you would need is an OMchrysler1. BUT get your wallet out, you need an extra key to program it with. You should have an extra key anyways, what if you loose the only one ya have?

555C  works fine on these ( at  least the last few I've done ) but you do need two keys to program...

Thanks guys, I am going to get a new key from the dealer. I'll also check out astroflex/astrostart website for a dealer in the Edmonton area or if any one knows where a good place to get a  transponder bypass in Edmontoon let me know?
