Before you try another browser, what version/flavor of Norton's are you running?

Well, I don't know about the version. I'm at work so I guess it will be Mon. before I can let you know. The computer is an e-Machine I bought a year ago. NAV came with it and I have since updated my subscription. So I am assuming it is the current version. I have kept it updated.

Switch over to Mozilla Firefox or Opera. I promise you'll never use IE again.

Well I'm finally back. I downloaded the Opera browser and it works fine. Posted this message with it. I've searched the internet for any relevant info but no luck. Anybody got any more ideas about Internet Explorer?

Hi fastone, here's something I found that is similar to what I've already suggested regarding enabling and disabling IFrames in Internet Explorer, but worth a try : http://www.emailladies.com/browserSettings.html
