Ok heres a good one...

I was called in to fix this problem and I am so very clueless.  When the door is shut after the car is turned off, the radio turns on.  The only install on the job was an aftermarket amp on the stock radio.  The Remote Wire was grabbed from accessory behind the radio and the line out converter was grabbed on the rear 6 x 9's.  I guess initially the remote wire was tapped into some door wires (they tried not to pull out the radio and was trying to find an accessory wire...dont ask me!)  and everytime the window lock button was pushed, the subs would turn off.  This is when they disconnected it and connected it to the accessory wire behind the radio. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Sounds like something in the door wiring harness is shorting out or shorting to ground.  When someone attempted to get acc power in the door, were wires stripped?  Were they replaced or re-insulated?  Did they use t-tap connectors?  Is thered damaged insulation on wires in the door or going to the door?  I'd take the door apart and check every wire hand-over-hand and all fuses.  Be sure to charge by the hour...

The wires were stripped and everything was taped off.  There doesnt seem to be any exposed from what i could see.  But it sure does sound like there should be.  Radio Gone Crazy - Last Post -- posted image.
