most alarms can handle two sirens, just wire in parallel.

Run a relay, $3 vs. $ cost on damage to the alarm unit if it is over work.
+ 30 to both sirens
+ 87 12V constant
+ 86 output from alarm unit
- 85 ground

I agree with thepencil. Also, if you want to add a third, or even a 4th, just connect them to terminal 30 on yer relay. I've done this many times with as many as six sirens. (yeah, six! I guess he wanted to wake the dead)
