Read the forum and got the info for where the wire is and what color it is, but there are doubles of the wire that it says. The forum says "VSS Lead GREEN / WHITE PCM, under Passenger's Fender, Black Connector Pin 16 " There is no black connector.
It looks like a fuse box, and the one side is an input and the other possibly an output. Except that it isn't a fuse box.
Any experts on this topic?
Also what does PCM stand for?

There are two places to find the wire fairly easily. First is in the radio's power plug. It is the GREEN / WHITE wire. If your car came equipped with a radio that has speed control volume it will be in the plug. Otherwise, you can find it in the bottom side of the large plug next to the driver's side shock tower in the engine compartment. You will need to remove the air filter box to get to it. The GREEN / WHITE wire is only in the bottom side of the plug. The wire dead ends there and doesn't come through the top side of the plug. It is very close to the corner of the plug that is easiest to get to.
