I have a viper 791xv to install in a 1998 honda crv , now when I pulled up the vehicle info sheet on this site it says that you have must use RELAY's for the door unlock which is GREEN/ orange and also for the FACTORY DISARM which is yellow u must use a RELAY.  Now can anyone of you guys tell me what that is all about cause i have done alot of hondas and they all have the nevgative type doorlock and i never ran into this case where u have to use a relay for the doorlock and same goes for the disarm.  Also what do they mean by the factory disarm being THIS IS IGNITION FOR ALARM AND USE RELAY.  If anyone knowwhat that is about please send me an email

i dont know what tech sheet you looked at but this one is from Directechs.  i have never done a honda where you had to use relays to trigger lock and unlock but who knows, this one might be different.  just to be  safe, i would use a relay cause it cant hurt anything to use one, but it CAN damage something if you dont use one when you should.  as far as factory disarm, dont worry about it.  even without lookin at this tech sheet i know that you wont have to worry about factory alarm on this vehicle.
