Was just wondering if i could run a memphis 1000D, which runs 1 ohm stable to four kicker comp vr 12's. They are all dual 4 ohm subs. Will that work without messing something up.

That's about 125 watts to each sub. The Memphis should be about 500 watts into 2 ohms, 1000 watts into 1 ohm.   If you had four of the dual 2 ohm version instead, you could get them wired to 1 ohm and get twice the power to them.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
