I purchased a 6.5 inch LCD off of the bay, and the dude didnt send me any wires, but it has an output wire, it looks like a S-video wire, does anyone have any ideas how I could wire is? If I can cut the tip off and hard wire it I will... or if someone has a extra wire harness laying around that they could sale, let me know please! coming from the wire to inside of the housing, there are 6 wires, but 2 sets(4 wires) of them are spliced into 1 set(2 wires) about a inch after the connecter, that connects onto the board. so there are really only 4 wires. If you can help please let me know! Thanks! P.S. No idea what brand it is, the idiot spray painted all the trim silver. and covered everything up! Thanks! As well, there are no signs on the board at all about what slot of the connecter is what. Thanks!

What colour are the wires?  If its a real 12 volt screen, you really only need a couple wires to make it work.  Power, Ground, And a wire thats supposed to be grounded to the EBrake.  If these are missing you'll have to trace them back internally.

Can you send this thing back?

there is the pink and black that go into red, then there is blue and black that go into black, then there is another black, and a brown and another black that isn't in the harness, it is soldered to the connection... It isn't that simple to say, red is pos, blk is neg., because I have to have the video input somewhere... and I am not sure which it is. If you want me to take a picture I can, if that will help explain it some more

Come on now, I know how many installers are on this page, I know someone will be able to tell me if it is possible or not, as well as if it is, how to do it or atleast what the wire colors are! Thanks!
