I have the pleasure of putting one of these fine peices of equipment in a 98 3000GT Mitz.

The harnesses on this are wild. (I'm used to Astroflex) I need to know how to get 2 accesory outputs from this thing. And 1 Ign.

They are pre-configured for 2 Ign. (pink and grey) I NEED Ign., 1st acces. and 2nd acces. I was told by crimestopper that this unit was the same as the RS900, so I could view the install manual on line......They also told me that there was a jumper to change an output from ign. to acces. The instuctions for the RS900 show 1 stinken jumper.......for the tach amplifier........

Is this just SO SIMPLE that Im confused....or is it confusing? If you have a solution to the problem, PM me and let me have it....the job is scheduled for this friday

Hey gary,

I'm not sure that you need to use the second acc. wire in the 3000gt, I beleive that it just turns the radio on and the first on activates the climate controls. In this case on this vehicle you can just use the 2nd ign. on the acc. wire. Check the car when it comes in.

There should be a pink and a pink white from the r/s for the two ignition wires. the pink white can be changed to acc or starter by the jumper.. on crimestoppers web site look at the manual for the 900 series seven....and the grey wire is an acc wire from the r/s....
