How did you test the fuses. Sometimes the fuse may not look blown, but can still cause voltage loss in the circuit. The best way to test your fuses is with a digital multimeter. On your multimeter, ground your black lead, and put your red lead on one post, then compare that voltage to the second post. If you see any difference in voltage, replace the fuse. What vehicle is it in? Are there any fuse boxes under the hood? Most of the time your interior lights and radio are fused together. So double check all your fuses again. If you do find a fuse blown, make sure to replace it with the size that the vehicle calls for.

You have damaged part of your BCM that controls the flow of current to the accessories that you described. You can get a new BCM ( about $ 300 + programming ) or you can hot wire the system the way you have done and fuse the connection. I'm not sure about the 1994 Caravan, but I know that the later model Dodge/Chrysler vehicles require a new BCM ( can not use a second hand unit ). They have to program the mileage, driving pattern and other information from one to the other and it can only be done with a new replacement.

no bcm in 94 started in 95 with the new body style, check  your fusible links up front off the battery they may be tied to the battery and look like a 10-12 gauge wire but are actually fusible links .they could be off the power dist box as well.

BCM was actually used in 1993 as well. The module is located behind the center console on the fuse junction block. That's what I have on my notes, could be wrong.
