My dodge spirit 1993, 3,0 died no gas. Mechanic said fuel pump put new one in no gas dealer said fuel relay cannot tell where it goes. tried getting original part number and none fit the product on my car someone help please

Mechanic change the fuel pump and then decides it's the relays fault ? did he check the old pump ?

He didnt check a thing seeing as I was going to do the work myself. Now another mechanic from a dealership says it must be the fuel relay. But I dont know where the relay is or which out uf the five that are on the wall. I checked the old screwdriver in the spark plug and have no spark. The education is not worth the price but I recently lost my second income by way of wife and am broke so now I am tring to find out why or rather how to find out whats wrong so I can stop borrowing rides to work why no spark to plug? If you have no spark the problem is not the fuel pump. Check the coil.
