Hello All, I have just installed a prostart ct-3400tw in a 96 taurus for a friend. this unit has power locks but no keyless entry. I would like to use the prostart remote to lock/unlock the doors. I found the cars lock/unlock wires that have a constant 12volts. when I attach the prostart lock unlock wires to these they lock and unlock without pressing the button on the remote. Is there a way this can be done? any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hook the ProStart door lock wires directly to the wires on the Taurus. The Taurus uses a (-) system and the ProStart has the same system. No relays required.
