audiobahn

hello there, i just installed a 4 channel audiobahn amp in my friends car, and it ran his pair of pioneer 12" subs nicely (for what pioneer is)  but i'm wondering what quality is audiobahn stuff, i see they have cd players, caps, etc,  are they any good for competition use, i realise the higher you go in product line the better, but i'm in the process of opening a shop and wondering what kind of equipment  it is befor i sell to ppl. all we have in town here is pionner, sony, diamond, little mtx, and soon to be kicker. is where would audiobahnn rate with those?

Yes, its true that people will buy Audiobahn products. If you are going to sell it, make sure you have a return policy agreement with them if possible. They aren't very reliable products. People can spend the same or less money and get a much higher quality product than Audiobahn offers.'85 Toy

audiobahn will place above your sony products and will probally out sell kicker, diamond and mtx because the stuff sells itself. It doesnt sound very good and makes a lot of smoke but they are really shinydouble-secret reverse-osmosis speaker-cone-induced high-level interference distortion, Its a killer

SHINY! WHOOHOO! AND SMOKEY! Sure to win at that show. Having known alot of people with audiobahn and actually having owned some audiobahn myself, I'd have to say that one, and only one, of their series of subwoofers is decent. The natural sound (specially the AW1251T, 1051T, 1571T and the 831T) series is a lower powered, excellent sounding woofer. Now, dont get me wrong, if u actually push 800 watts into it, u will get the smoke effect, followed by a sudden silence, but if u underpower it by like....... 600 watts, u sould be good. Anyway, back to the point. Audiobahn isn't complete crap, just most of their stuff is built, well, poorly and thusly they have a high failure ratio. Sony, IMO, is better than audiobahn, so is kicker, DA, and MTX by large leaps and bounds. Audiobahn is slowly but shurly falling off the face of the car audio world, grab on and fall, or let it go down on its own. The power is yours! GOOOOOOO captain audiobahn! definately sell audiobahn especially if no one else sells it in town. being that im still sort of in the younger crowd(even though im listening to victor wooten) i know most of my friends like that sh*t. it will sell, who doesnt want to be able to pick up dumb chicks that are attracted to shiny objects that make loud and annoying fart noises. along with a coffee can exhaust. make sure you sell the good stuff for those who actually like music please. its hard to find a good shop

yeah, but this question was ok in my book. im sure after he posted it found a thread that showed him that audiobahn sucks balls. but he was also asking if he should carry them which is a good question because even though they suck, the kids buy them up. doing what is right by boycotting them or making more money is a hard thing to decide. i would lose my values for money
