Has anyone ever installed a set of infinity kappa 5.25's in the front doors of a Pontiac(I have a 2000 Grand Am 2 door) How hard are they to install. Do I need to just buy and adapter plate or will I have to modify a whole bunch of stuff. I have Power Windows.

no, you should be just fine, wire them in and screw into factory location and you will be fine.
