I am going to put an alarm car starter keyless entry on my brothers Chrysler 300m but when you start the car you have to turn the left turn signal to start the car he said it came from the dealer that way as a security feature does anyone know how to bypass this?

To bypass the security feature is very easy. Look for the starter wire (Yellow wire). It will be cut and join back to a relay. Make your connection below the cut starter wire going into the engine and you would have bypass it. You will still retain the security feature and it would not affect the starter unit which you are putting in.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.weird bypass problem -- posted image.
