I went for a drive today and turned on the radio and started hearing some bad distortion noises coming from my subs. I immediately turned the system off and decided to investigate when I got home. After popping the hatch to check possible loose connections I was frantic to see condensation on both of my XTANT amps, even on the inside circuitry. I am now fearing the worse thinking that I may have some serious problem due to the moisture on my circuits.. Does anybody or has anybody ever seen this and will this be the end of my amps. I have never had a problem with my system since installation 3 years ago. It is installed properly and have no issues otherwise. Any Ideas people??

Don't run the system until it dries out completely or you may cause damage to the amps.  Most likely you have a bad seal or gasket in a window, door or hatch.  I siggest not operating your gear until it is repaired.  If you cannot get this repaired, I suggest removing your equipment from this car.

i had a guy fry an amp because of a water leak in the trunk,     I told him he needed to fix it before I installed a new amp.     Put a new amp in, week later guess what happened.     He didnt finx the leak, didnt care to listen to me, now he is on his third amp.    I cant help problems that you refuse to pay me to work on, nor that you refuse to fix.   all in all.   fix the problem before you get real mad and fry more equipment
