Looking at hooking up the folding mirrors on the Car to the alarm so when alarm is armed the mirrors fold in and when disarmed the mirrors fold out my biggest concern is that if i use the negative out when armed to close the mirrors will the motors burn out being that it won't drop the neg signal when the mirrors are fully closed any feedback would be much appreciated :o)

you can make a timed relay, using some resistor capicitor circuits

i don't have the info off hand but i used those to make the computer in my car turn off 5 sec after my ignition is turned off and main power to that circuit killed after 30 sec. . so i beilieve you use something like that and you should be golden

oh yea. . seach for "long loopstick antenna" on google and it should bring up a page where you can find a time delay circuit

heres an aftermarket timer relay.
btw, are you puttin these mirror onto another car?

wild, i never knew they made actual timed relays, but at that cost i could have built like 4 or 5 time delay circuits with almost infinite adjustability on when it closes

though it probably wouldn't look as clean as an actual mass produced model
