My radio kept blowing the 25amp fuse when replaced, even with the car off, it would blow as soon as I put one in.

When I unplugged the wires going into the amp at the subwoofer, the fuse is stable.  It seems that the factory amp has blown.  What is the wiring diagram for the plug that goes into the amp?  Would like to replace with new amp and subwoofer.  It is the Eddie Bower with the premium sound.  There are three plugs in back of head unit, one goes to amp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, can't seem to find the wiring diagram anywhere.

I would go to your local Ford dealer. If you can go to the one that you purchased the vehicle from I am sure they would try to help you out. They could photocopy the page from their book. If you ask nicely I think a Ford dealer would try to help.
