for my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan installation of door lock circuit, I need to acquire a 5.2k ohm resistor and a 2k ohm resistor. I'm having trouble locating the 5.2k ohm resistor. Do these resistances need to be exact? Or, does anyone know of a source to acquire the above resistors?
Thanks very much.

I have one source that calls for 4.7K ohms for lock and one that calls for 5.3K ohms. So who knows. They are pretty cheap, you could try a few different ones. The values are different if you have a factory alarm.

You can get resistors at Fry's electronics or Radio Shack. Try radio shack there alot more organized and easier to find. They don't have to be exact just find values that are very close. Good luck

There are LOTS of databus modules to control the locks as well as the sliding doors.....and easier than using resistors,,,,,, try one
