When I move to the states later this year, what qualifications and Certificates will I need to study for to get recognisable acreditation? Here in OZ there really isn't any........so as such I have no qualifications at all, just skills.

Become MECP certified. It will be an added bonus with your skills. You basicly buy a book and study it. Then take a test which you have to pay for.

ok, thanks for that,I've been and researched it and found the practice exam for it, I scored 100%, now that considering I didn't study for it. Surely thats not all that I need to do....there has to be more then that to get certifications isn't there? My trainees can pass that within there first 6 months here in Australia.
