I am looking for the tach signal on a 2003 Honda Accord for a remote start. Before 2003 all the Hondas had tach leads in a small plug. I have the tach picked up off the coil right now but the car is over cranking, on its lowest setting

try any injector odd color wire, that seems to always work for me.

Injectors have the same problem of over cranking and they are a bitch to get at on this car

what kind of system is it does it have a voltage sensing mode???

I am not sure. I also tried the cruise control unit and still can't get a tach signal.

Most hondas by the upper right hand side of the fire wall their is a tach wire that you can tap into
