Any body know the wiring diagram for the premium sound just got my 97 and lookin at putin a eclipse deck and som cf 12's thanks asap

Metra makes many Ford Premium Sound interface harnesses........ check out their website and look up which item you need.....

I had to buy a harness that ran from the amp in the trunk to the HU location when I did a HU install on my friends '96. That may not be your case though, this was the first time the shop I ordered the part from had seen that in a Towncar, although one guy said it was simuilar to the Eddie Bauer Edition Explorer.
