I am doing some mods in my old school and wanted to know how would I calculate port size in a fiberglass box? Would I have to use the packing peanuts to get the vol. first? what do you guys use as a filler when the boxes are too big?

Use packing peanuts, then plug the volume into a normal box program to get your port size , fg the port in there and voila.  But if your box is small it may be hard and your port may have to bend a few corners.  When box's are to big i use blocks of wood if theres enough room, you can prettymuch use anything dense.

I'll take the cookie overnight ups please

I'm planning on giving a ported F/G box another try. I tryed once but kinda rushed through it and it sounded like a$$. I am also gonna try a spherical enclosure.
