I installed an APS996A in the above vehicle and have several problems hopefully someone can help me out with.

        1. Dome Lights- the vehicle does not have the ltgrn/red(-) wire @ the BCM.  This wire shows in a factory diagram that is is for vehicles with switches in the door handles to illuminate the interior.  I found a white wire @ the BCM that metered 12V with the lights on so I ran a relay 85 APS dome wire 86&30 to 12V and 87 tapped into the white. In the factory diagram this is the power for the dome lights.  The lights never worked1998 Olds 88, APS996A -- posted image.

         2. Door locks say and meter (-) @ the BCM RED / black and ORANGE / black.  Door triggers tied in tan-divers and blue-others 1n4001 diodes cathode @ car  I wired for two step unlock using a relay and cutting the drivers unlock tan wire @ DKP.  The doors tried to unlock when lock was presed, and then randomly for the next ten minutes or so the doors would unlock themselves.  After ten or so minutes the locks stopped as did all interior lights.  The BCM is now junk, funniest thing it should still work I didn't even see any smoke1998 Olds 88, APS996A -- posted image.

          3. The LED would not stop blinking after locked was tried on the remote the first time.

Is it possible that I have a bad brain?  Did I screw this up big time, or maybe a little from column A and a little from coulmn B?  Sorry for the long post and thank you all in advance for your help.
