I think the question should be: How hard would it be to launch my car into a wall when I accidentally remote start it while in gear.

Launch his car into a wall? We all know thats not true. Murphy's Law says he'll launch his car into that one lone person unlucky enough to be walking in front of it at just that moment. Seriously though, there are RS's out there that are designed for manuals, the 791 XV is not one of them. For safety's sake, look into one of those.

I've never done this but what would happen if you installed a clutch bypass trigger with a switch that's controlled by the height of the emergency brake (it the e brake is all the way up the remote start will work,  if it's down or half way down it will not work).  Is this possible and sorta simple?
